Crassus Domus ("the App") is a property management application for iOS. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what data the App handles and how.
Crassus Domus does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers. All data you enter — properties, lessees, leases, invoices, expenses, and settings — is stored exclusively on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework.
The App does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal information to use it. There is no registration, no login, and no user tracking.
The App does not include any analytics frameworks, tracking pixels, advertising SDKs, or third-party data collection tools. We do not track how you use the App.
All data processing — invoice generation, VAT calculations, OCR scanning, and PDF creation — happens entirely on your device. No data is sent to any server.
The App may request the following device permissions, which you can grant or deny at any time:
Camera: Used to scan supplier invoices and attach photos to expenses. Images are stored on-device only.
Reminders: Used to create payment due date reminders in your Apple Reminders app. Reminders are managed through Apple's EventKit framework and stored in your iCloud or local Reminders account.
When you use the share sheet to email invoices, VAT returns, or payment reminders, data is shared through Apple's standard sharing mechanism directly from your device. The App does not intercept, log, or store shared content.
Since all data is stored on your device, you can delete all App data at any time by deleting the App from your device. There is no residual data on any server.
The App is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from children.
If we update this Privacy Policy, we will post the revised version on this page with an updated effective date.
